As a recognised Investors in People Gold Standard practice, GSSllp places great emphasis on providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our team members to develop and thrive both professionally and personally.
Rewards & Recognition
We encourage, recognise and value the hard work, commitment, and achievements of our people, with many regularly going above and beyond to ensure high quality in all that we do.
Rewarding our people, both individually and as a team, is integral to our cross-practice culture and our in-house Reward and Recognition Team are responsible for developing and promoting the best ways to reward team members. Our people are able to benefit from a wide variety of rewards including; long service awards, agile working, our continuous professional development programme, attendance vouchers, regular office events, team socials, and corporate social responsibility days.
We place great importance on regularly bringing our team together to spend time away from our desks and celebrate the achievements of the Practice.
Previous events have included a trip to Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, a boat cruise down the Thames and other activity days including archery and segway racing.
Our team loves a challenge, and we encourage everyone to get out and about and join in the friendly competition. From press-up challenges to scaling the Lake District peaks, these activities are a great way to raise money for charities and boost morale and improve well-being within our teams.
Training & Development
We are fully committed to investing in the continued training and development of our team. An effective training and development programme is in place at GSSllp to ensure our people keep up to date with the developments and changes in the industry whilst facilitating professional career development, delivering a better quality service which results in more satisfied clients.
GSSllp is an Investors in People (IIP) Gold accredited practice, and have held the IIP standard continuously since 1997. Our approach to training and development is structured around a formal annual appraisal process that is put in place for everyone throughout the Practice.
A personalised training and development programme is put in place for everyone in the Practice and is reviewed at least twice a year.
