We’re proud that GSSllp has had a number of successes already in 2021, with the recent achievement of the Gold Level Investors in People accreditation, in addition to a successful Health & Safety audit taking place at the end of January, as part of our ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Having first gaining recognition as an Investors in People employer in 1997, we’re delighted to have recently achieved a Gold Level, improving upon our previous accreditation from three years ago. The detailed assessment involved individual interviews with the team, as well as members of Senior Management and Partners. Our team achieved 100% participation for the online survey assessments, well above the national average of between 75%-77%.
The Investors in People accreditation is important to GSSllp as we are firm believers in helping to support and train our team whenever possible. Last month we celebrated National Apprenticeship week, where we took the time to recognise the hard work put in by Jacob, Assistant Quantity Surveyor at GSS, who is in the final year of his Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship at Nottingham Trent University.
