We are providing Employer’s Agent services for Grand Union Housing Group’s latest project, the new 19 Unit Affordable Housing Scheme in Paulerspury, which is continuing to progress well on site.
The development will see a range of two to three-bedroom houses delivered at this latest site, which adds to our ever growing portfolio of residential experience, many of which consist of affordable housing schemes.
Our long-standing relationship with Grand Union has seen the delivery of several of these affordable housing schemes, including the recently completed scheme in Irthlingborough, which was delivered as part of plans to support young people in the local area as they take their first step on the property ladder.
