Works have now begun on site at Darwin Green in Cambridge, a brand new housing development to the north of the city for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes.
GSSllp have been appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors for the delivery of a £15m Commercial Centre at the heart of the new community, which will consist of affordable one and two-bedroom apartments, a public library and a retail parade including various commercial units.
