We are delighted to announce that we have recently been appointed to the Milton Keynes Council framework, to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveyor services.
This public sector framework will be used by the council to procure professional services on all of their forthcoming construction projects for the next four years, and is also open for use by other local authority bodies such as the emergency services, which presents some interesting opportunities for future projects in Milton Keynes.
The competition for a place on the framework was particularly high, with Milton Keynes Council receiving an extremely large number of bids from prospective consultants.
This appointment builds on the work we are already undertaking in Milton Keynes and the recent success as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the brand new 8 storey office building at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, for the developer AW James Ltd., and successfully securing a place on this framework, will give us the opportunity to work on many more exciting projects around the area.
