Professional services frameworks have become increasingly important over recent years as a method to engage construction professionals in a way that ensures compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and that promote a more streamlined way of partnering in the longer term.
As a practice, we have secured positions on a range of established, Find a Tender (OJEU replacement) compliant formal frameworks, which enables easier, quicker and cheaper procurement routes for our clients.
A selection of our current frameworks are provided below.
LHC & CPC
GSSllp have secured a place on two Lots on the LHC Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Framework. We are providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services through the framework which runs for six years.
The framework can be used to deliver nationwide schemes and can be utilised by any public sector organisation including, but not limited to, local authorities, health authorities, councils, boards and trusts, publicly funded schools, universities and further education establishments, police forces, fire and rescue services, and registered charities through either direct award or mini-competition.
NHS Shared Business Services
GSSllp are a named supplier for the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement.
We are providing quantity surveying services under Lot 4 of the framework agreement which is running for four years and is providing national coverage to the NHS.
The framework agreement enable clients from the NHS and other public sector organisations, such as emergency services, universities, and local authorities, to commission construction consultancy services in a simple, streamlined, and cost-effective manner.
West Northamptonshire Council
We are providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on four Lots of the West Northamptonshire Council Design Consultancy Framework.
The framework, which runs for four years, includes Lots for Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on projects up to the value of £2m as well as projects over the value of £2m.
GSSllp have been working with the Council for over 100 years and are in a great position to deliver innovative local schemes through this framework agreement.
