We are pleased to share that work has recently completed at Captain’s Close Primary School, Asfordby, where we have been providing Quantity Surveying services for the extension of the school, in order to create new purpose-built SEND facilities.
The existing teaching building was delivered in 2019 as part of phase one of the scheme, with this second phase consisting of the creation of the new SEND specialist facilities. A new external covered walkway has also been incorporated, in order to provide a dry link to the existing school.
GSSLLP have considerable experience in the delivery of similar SEND projects, having also recently worked as Quantity Surveyors on the extension, re-modelling and refurbishment at Uppingham Community College, in order to increase their SEND facilities and make the site more appropriate for the needs of the College today.
