Currently our team are working on a significant estates rationalisation project for a large University. Ensuring that learning environments are high-quality, agile, efficient, and affordable is an important task that requires a complete understanding of the client’s values and objectives in order to provide a bespoke solution to meet their needs.
We believe that our role should extend beyond standard cost management and project management, to include developing an understanding of the strategic objectives of the establishment and the individual business case for each and every project. We invest considerable time with our clients, ensuring that we understand their key drivers and utilise our expertise from across other sectors.
