Great progress has been made on site at the Darwin Green housing development in Cambridge, an exciting new development to the north of the city for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes.
GSSllp were appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors for the delivery of the £15m Commercial Centre, which is being delivered alongside Main Contractor, Kier Construction, who commenced works on this exciting project in early September.
The Commercial Centre sits at the heart of this new community, and will consist of affordable one and two-bedroom apartments, a public library and a retail parade including various commercial units. Keep an eye out for updates on this project as it progresses.
