The mix of new rental and shared ownership properties for Grand Union Housing is part of a scheme of affordable two and three-bedroom housing to help support young people in the local area with their first step onto the property ladder.
It has been a pleasure to work collaboratively with Grand Union Housing and main contractors, Snowdon Homes, on this fantastic scheme where we were appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Employers Agent.
