Planning Permission Granted for Bewiched Coffee at Station Island

GSSLLP are delighted to have been appointed by Decorum Estates to be a part of the team who are delivering the new Bewiched Coffee Drive-Through in Wellingborough.

Following a recent planning application, the new drive-through has been granted planning permission and will be a new addition to the Station Island development. The drive-through is part of the first stage to be developed in the masterplan of Station Island, which was designed by GSSArchitecture, and will unify Stanton Cross and Wellingborough.

The new drive-through is one of fifteen Bewiched stores that have opened across the Midlands since the first opened in Northamptonshire in 2010. GSSLLP, also located in Northamptonshire, are providing Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services alongside their client, Decorum Estates, to support Bewiched Coffee’s newest store.

Paul Vega, Partner at GSSLLP, said, “It is great to be involved in a local success story, and GSSLLP are pleased to be a part of such a great team delivering the first stage of this masterplan that will create a new sustainable community in Northamptonshire.”

Chris Carlisle, Director at Decorum Estates added: “This is our second Drive-Through for Bewiched and we are pleased to support their continued growth within the Region. We also anticipate this first project at Station Island will ‘kick start’ further development for Vistry”
